Booking & Cancellation Policy

We look forward to seeing you. To keep our schedule fair for every guest, these terms apply to all appointments.

1. Cancellation window

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another guest.

2. Cancellation fees

• More than 24 hours’ notice: no fee will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of your appointment cost will be charged.
• No-shows: clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

3. Late arrivals

We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next guest. If rescheduling is necessary, the standard cancellation fee will apply.

4. Deposit policy

When booking online, a $25 deposit applies to all appointments.
