How do I buy a product?

Choose “Reserve in salon” on any product and send the short form — nothing is charged. We set the product aside for up to 7 days and you pay when you collect it at 3974 Route 22, Long Grove, IL 60047. You can also call us at (847) 550-1230.

How do I choose the right product?

Every product lists who it is best for and how to use it. For a personal recommendation, ask your stylist or esthetician at your next visit, call the salon, or book a complimentary consultation.

Are these the products you use in the salon?

Yes — the shop carries the professional brands our stylists and estheticians work with every day, so you can keep your results going at home.

How do I pay?

You pay in the salon when you collect your products. Illinois sales tax of 8% applies.

Do you ship orders?

Products are for pickup at the salon only — there is no shipping.

Can I return a product?

Unopened products in their original condition can be returned or exchanged in the salon. For hygiene reasons, opened products can only be returned if faulty. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
