Pickup & Returns

In-salon pickup
Online orders are collected at the salon — 3974 Route 22, Long Grove, IL 60047 — during opening hours. We will e-mail you when your order is ready; please bring your order number. If you cannot collect within 14 days, contact us and we will hold or refund your order.
Reserved products
Products marked “Reserve in salon” are not charged online. We set them aside for you for up to 7 days and you pay when you collect.
Returns & exchanges
If there is a problem with a product you bought from us, please contact us at redcottage1234@gmail.com or (847) 550-1230. Unopened products in their original condition can be returned or exchanged in the salon; for hygiene reasons opened products can only be returned if faulty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Gift cards
Gift cards are sold and managed by our booking system, Phorest, under its terms shown at purchase.
